The Study Of Exogenous Plant Hormones On Licorice Growing

In this thesis, we use licorice seeds and different years (annual, biennial, four years old, six years old) the licorice plant as experimental material, and use different concentrations of auxin (IAA), gibberellin (GA), kinetin (KT), methyl jasmonate (MeJA), abscisic acid (ABA) in the treatment of licorice, in the natural planting culture. It is study the change of physiological characteristics effects of plant hormones on the germination of seeds and the growing different years licorice. Those are In order to provide some theoretical basis and upgrading for licorice, and offer standardization of products as a base development of planting.Experimental research shows that:1Using different concentrations of plant hormones on liquorice seed soaking experiment, we measured the liquorice seed germination rate, germination potential and growth rate, after13days for observation. In the results showed that licorice seeds grow best in dealing with the distilled water.2Using different concentrations of plant hormones on different years of liquorice plant leaf, during peak season, spraying every10days. After the processing of liquorice plant we determinate growth index and physiological index.growth index:natural plant height as mainly represented up ground. For different treatment of different years of licorice is measured. In the results, plant hormones to liquorice plant influence is most obvious, the effect will be weakened with the increase of growth period, even disappear.malondialdehyde and antioxidant enzyme system.the change of its content, shows that plant hormone influence of licorice. In annual licorice experiment, the effect of GA hormone is better; In the biennial licorice test, the effect of MeJA hormone is better; In the four years licorice test, the effect of IAA hormone is better; In the Six years licorice test, the effect of KT hormone is better.
