In the limited time without fire disturbance in forest restoration, autotoxicity is one of the main factorsleading to barrier of population natural regeneration of Picea schrenkiana Fisch.et Mey., but it is unclear toreveal what the temperature effect of P. schrenkiana autotoxicity is under the condition of climate warming.This paper in the background of globle warming, on the basis of known autotoxicity materials DHAP of P.schrenkiana, be based on “P. schrenkiana autotoxicity temperature effects assumptionâ€, on the condition ofartificial intelligence environment simulation, oriented to biometrics, by means of detection technology ofmodern instrumental analysis and separation, studies the effect of apparent biological characteristics andendogenous plant hormones level of P. schrenkiana during seed germination and seedling growth under thechange of temperature and the concentration of autotoxicity substances DHAP, explains response ofendogenous hormones to changes of temperature and toxic substances DHAP concentration during seedgermination and seedling growth, confirmes “P. schrenkiana autotoxicity temperature effects assumptionâ€and reveals the physiological mechanisms of temperature effect of P. schrenkiana autotoxicity during seedsgermination and seedlings growth. The main achievements are as follows:Ambient temperature rose, the content of ZT, GA3and IAA increased, while the content of ABA andthe ratio of ABA/(ZT+GA3+IAA) decreased, and as a promoting effect on the process of seed germinationand seedling growth. In real stand seed germination season soil surface temperature (4-12℃), prerequisiteof seed germination smoothly, the content of ABA decreased and the content of ZT, GA3and IAA increased,and1.0mmol/L was critical concentration of autotoxicity of DHAP.DHAP concentrations which higher than the critical concentration of autotoxicity not only induced onthe process of seed germination the content of ZT and GA3to decrease, the content of ABA and the ratio ofABA/(ZT+GA3+IAA) to increase, and made the content of IAA at a high level in early stage of seedgermination to delay seed initial germination time and reduce germination potential and final germinationrate, but also induced on the process of seedling growth the content of ZT, GA3and IAA to decrease, thecontent of ABA and the ratio of ABA/(ZT+GA3+IAA) to increase, causing seedling plumule and radicleelongation to slow, the fresh weight to decrease.Ambient temperature had a significant influence of the content of endogenous hormones ZT, GA3,IAA on the seed germination process and the content of endogenous hormones ZT, GA3, IAA and ABA andthe ratio of ABA/(ZT+GA3+IAA) on the process of seedling growth. Ambient temperature rising makingthe sensitivity of seed germination and seedling growth to concentration of toxic substances DHAPincreased, the critical concentration of autotoxicity of DHAP decreased. Ambient temperature and DHAPconcentrations caused the apparent biological characteristics of seed germination and seedling growth, thecontent of endogenous hormones ZT, GA3, IAA, ABA and the ratio of ABA/(ZT+GA3+IAA) to change,and the interaction of them on the content of ABA and the ratio of ABA/(ZT+GA3+IAA) on the process ofseedling growth of P. schrenkiana showed a significant effect. |
