Design And Implementation On Updating&Managing Of Forest Resources Data Based On TGIS

The Foundation of Forestry is Forest Resource,which is changeable and time-limited.The Forest Resource sublot is the smallest unit in Forest Resource Management,Updating the Forest Resource sublot Data in time, mastering the history、actuality and changing processes of Forest Resource have important implications for Forest Resource Manage.The data of Forest Resource sublot has three basic characteristics of Geographical object—space、attribute and time. SGIS only has the space and attribute dimensionality, but TGIS can communicate the time dimensionality commendable,and wholly preserve the changing processes and history of development about Geographical object.This article Using the TGIS technique in update and manage the Forest Resource,Updating the data of Forest Resource sublot,we can disinter the history,track the changing process and predict the development trend of future about the Forest Resource sublot,the TGIS technique can provide an efficient basis for making the macro Forest decision and Forest Resource Management.This article using spatial databse—Personal Geodatabase,which provided by ArcGIS,combining with the Base state with amendments model in TGIS,establishing a new Base state with amendments model which is based on dynamic association and object-oriented. The system using C#combine with ArcGIS Engine components,implementing the fuction as follows in Visual Studio2008platform.(1) Analysis and research the changing reason about the Forest Resource sublot and the evolution laws of Spatio-temporal objects,present the basic Spatio-temporal changing type of Forest Resource sublot.(2)Do some improvement for the Base state with amendments model, present a new Base state with amendments model which is based on dynamic association and object-oriented,using the Forest Resource sublot data in1999and2009in the Liangshui National Nature Reserve,creating the Spatio-temporal database based on it.(3)Designed and implement the Forest Resource Management System based on spatial-temporal database.On Forest resource Management aspect,realizing the fuction about Browsing、Query、Manage Layers、Theme Mapping application and Label, realizing the covering Map by district and statistics analysis for Forest resource.(4) On Forest resource Updating aspect, realizing the basic space-time changing type of Forest Resource sublot, retrieving the historical data, realizing spatiotemporal query and statisticas.
