| Lots of experimental studies have shown that the drought resistance of the Caragana seeds can be improved by appropriate electric field treatment. However, the seeds which are treated by the electric field would be planted after storage, market liquidity and a series of other processes.Therefore, the timeliness of the biological effects of electric field treatment on seeds is a notable problem.In this paper, we were based on the study of effect of the electric field treatment on drought resistance of caragana seeds. The seeds were stored for0week, one week, two weeks, three weeks and four weeks respectively after electric field treatment. Then we determined the influence of the electric field treatment on seed germination and seedling growth. After that we used the method of T in biostatistics to analysis the significance of experimental results and used the method of Data Envelopment Analysis to analysis Comprehensive effect of electric field treatment on seeds. The experiment results showed that the effect of the electric field treatment on seeds changed after the storage of different periods:the promoting effect of electric field treatment on seed germination and seedling growth could be maintained for one week. And1week compared with0week,1week the promoting effect of electric field on the germination stage was weaker than0week, but the seedling stage was enhanced than0week. Some electric field treatment conditions to the different physiological indicators had a different degree of inhibition in two weeks, three weeks and four weeks.Our study plays an important role to promote and guide the technology of the electric field treatment application. |
