Brucellosis is a zoonoses and chronic infectious disease caused by Brucella. Sheep, cattle and pigs are the main animals that infected by Brucellosis.Abortion, infertility and localized disease of variety of organizations are the main clinical manifestations. In recent years, the disease spread very quickly in our country and have a serious harm to livestock and human health. Quarantine, culling and vaccination are taken as the main measures to prevent and control the disease. Now, there were no excellent qualitative detection methods to identify immunized animals and naturally infected animals in international or domestic. The identification mainly based on the difference of the antibody survival time of vaccine immunized animals and naturally infected animals in China. Generally, the antibody survival time of the animals infected by virulent Brucella was longer than vaccine immunized animals. But the systematic study about growth and decline law of the sheep after immunization was lack. To this end, in this research, the antibodies in sheep and goats after immunization were systematic detected, with the purpose to know well the accurate knowledge of antibody dynamics of the vaccinated sheep. The research would provide a theoretical basis for identification vaccinated sheep and naturally infected sheep in the work of prevention and control of brucellosis. In this study,500sheep and goats from Ordos and ALashan Left Banner were immuned by S2vaccine and the serum antibody of vaccinated animals were monitored continually for150days. The blood had collected for serological tests at20days,50days,90days,120days, and150days after vaccination. RBT, SAT, rapid iELISA and iELISA were used to determinate the Antibody Dynamic. Besides, the classification statistics was used to analyse the1424serum samples result. The results showed that, the agglutination antibody level of vaccinated goats detected by RBT and SAT were already very low after vaccination and the antibody positive rate through rapid iELISA still be at about40%at150day after vaccination. The agglutination antibody of vaccinated sheep through RBT and SAT could not be detected nearly and the antibody positive rate through rapid iELISA, iELISA were still at about10%at150day after vaccination. Of the four brucellosis serological test, the rapid iELISA had the highest sensitivity and SAT had the best specificity. It was suggested that the rapid iELISA and RBT were used as screening test and SAT was used as review test in the quarantine of brucellosis.
