People are likely to be infected by Brucella after contacting diseased animals or eating animal derived food. The disease will also lead to huge economic loss of animal husbandry. Thus, doing a good job in prevention and control of brucellosis is of great importance. Current prevention and control of brucellosis, rely mainly on immunization with a vaccine, it is very necessary to research on the antibody dynamic of brucellosis vaccine, it also to the prevention and control of brucella has very important significance.This study of bayinnaoer linhe district 30 using only a sheep farm S2 vaccine by oral and injected two immune method of sheep for more than a year of tracking. In front of the immune and immune after 3 days,7 days,19 days,31 days,65 days,100 days,135 days,170 days,210 days,250 days,290 days,330 days and 370 days in pursuance of and use RBT, SAT and cELISA test three kinds of methods of serum antibody detection.Results show that using S2 by 1.5 times the dose with normal doses of oral vaccine immune 100 days later, three methods of vaccination herds have most overcast, immune 250 days after all the testing results of the three kinds of methods have been overcast; By injecting a normal immune dose 370 days later, three kinds of methods to detect the antibody positive rate remains high level, RBT and SAT detection antibody positive rate was 60%, cELISA detection antibody positive rate was 80%; Through the 370 days after injection of 1.5 times the dose of immune, RBT and cELISA detection of antibody positive rate remained at 100%, the SAT test antibody positive rate was 80%. Use by injecting S2 vaccine immunization methods immune effect significantly better than that of oral vaccination immune effect.
