| Brucellosis can cause reproductive failure in animals, production capacity decreased,causing huge economic losses and hazards of animal food safety. In recent years, brucellosisof our country have showed an increasing trend, especially in the north provinces withdeveloped husbandry and epidemic situation between human and animals have been more andmore serious. Epidemic in Shaanxi Province is consistent with domestic popular trend, whichis one of the highest incidence of brucellosis, Yulin located in the northwest of Shaanxi,haveing developed husbandry, is one of prone areas of brucellosis.From January2010to August2014, A sample survey has been conducted throughhemagglutination test in bengal plate. RBT and SAT for nearly five years to know how manysick animals and its distribution. All what have been done to provide the basis for preventionof brucellosis.It was the lamb, ram random sampling method in Jingbian in shaanxi province. Firstused RBT preliminary screening, and then to screen out positive serum do serology diagnosisin SAT. The results show that69positive samples were detected among29,750copies ofsheep serum samples, of which65were positive for lamb samples and the rest belong to ram.Lamb brucellosis were scattered within the county, showing a decreasing trend in recent threeyears, from3.14‰in2012to1.76‰in2014; brucellosis in ram is sporadic.
