Research On Environmental Design Of Affordable Housing In Beijing

Affordable housing is a kind of policy making by government aiming to solve the underclass citizens of difficulties in housing and to improve their living environment. With the overall piont of view, the improvement of quality of living is not only about the housing itself, but also contain the environmental quality outside the building in the residential area. It has very vital significance for improving the overall quality of live of people living in the bottom that having an in-depth look at what problems existing in the designing process.The affordable housing residential area in Beijing are selected as the research object in this research project. It survey about the president condition of residential environment and the special demand in outdoor activities from the residents through field investigation and research method of questionnaire. The analyze about the environment design is divided into several subjects such as overall layout of environment, organization of traffic system, layout of sequence of landscape space and landscape language in which landscape roads, squares, water, sketch and so on are involved. The summarize about what problem have in design is made with a range of prospective view from macroscopic to microcosmic.At last, this paper explore some improving principles and put forward some concrete strategy with the aspects of design idea, residential area planning, landscape architecture and engineering technology according to the existing problems.
