Cases at home and abroad about the ecology of a lot of small towns, but no one model is applicable to every little town. Therefore, under the new national urbanization and the construction of ecological city of Fuzhou background paper by the evaluation index system of urban ecology at three levels by many scholars constructed based on analytic hierarchy process (the most advanced "Eco-index " is a comprehensive index O;-level indicators of structure, function, coordination of the three aspects; secondary indicators are based on the evaluation principles, choose the composition of a number of factors; tertiary index is based on two indicators, select a number of factors can be determined composition evaluation system) for Fuzhou in2008-2012years of data on the Eco-city construction research and analysis Through the analysis of the data shows that the ecological urban construction in Fuzhou City, mainly for the (1) of agricultural non-point source pollution, soil erosion, destruction of local area and ecological caused by stone development;(2) delayed construction of urban environmental infrastructure, urban heat island effect has been increasing, city sewage system not perfect, industrial and urban domestic pollutants emissions the pollution of the environment;(3) city-construction takes up river and Minjiang River estuary wetland, industrial point source pollution and urban life waste pollution is serious, water pollution is serious;(4) industrial concentration area of environmental protection facilities, cause pollution of regional environment. But on the whole, the comprehensive development of city ecological index rising, ecological construction of Fuzhou city has shown a good development trend. In view of the above situation and through empirical ecological construction in Fuzhou TingJiang Town of the conclusion, finally, the combination of Fuzhou natural environment and economic situation, put forward the construction strategy of ecological urban corresponding. First, intensify efforts to tilt, on the Eco-urban construction to develop and perfect the laws and regulations of ecological city construction in the policy; secondly, do a good job of ecological urban planning, urban functional area clear division, the planning and construction of towns in accordance with the requirements of Eco-city, the development of circular economy, reduce waste production and consumption of each link,improve city drainage system, improve the sewage and garbage disposal system;third the increase of urban green area, strengthen the protection of drinking water sources, to ensure that the source water security, protection of wetlands in Minjiang estuary, regulation of city river and water environment; Fourth to strengthen the ecological public welfare forest construction and protection,promote natural mountain ecosystem restoration and strengthening biodiversity conservation, building ecological security pattern; fifth control of agricultural non-point source pollution, strengthen pollution prevention and control of industrial enterprises; finally, according to the division of ecological function district of Fuzhou City, the construction of ecological towns in Fuzhou region, sub batches construction, based on the landscape characteristics of Fuzhou, do a good job of mountain especially the construction of ecological towns along the Minjiang River Basin.Through these findings, hoping to provide some references and suggestions for Eco-town construction in Fuzhou, in order to better build our Eco-towns.
