The Management Research Of Dalian Marine Equipment Industrial Park Project Quality

As an indispensable and important part in the global industrial division of multinational companies, China has become the focus of the world’s manufacturing industry, and entered the middle stage of rapid development in industrial economy. Compared to that of developed countries, China’s industrial estate started late. Due to the lack of development experience and yet to be improved policies, development is disorderly. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of industrial projects and give full play to the function of industrial buildings, we must start from the quality management in project construction phase to improve the quality management level of projects.In this paper, phylogeny of industrial estate and the development status of China’s industrial estate are analyzed; It also conduct a survey and study on the quality management of the project, focus on the project quality management theory, operayion philosophy of Kaizen,5S site management and so on. Secondly, propose the EPC organization structure system combined with the characteristic of EPC, and combine quality management theory and EPC organization structure system to propose four cardinal principles:the principle of quality management based on organization, control the quality cost but should not ignore the value and function, continues to improve the construction procedure and process, improve customer satisfaction in completion of acceptance, and other eight basic concepts:the team has accomplished the project quality,Making study atmosphere of quality culture organization, sustainable thought of making the best use of things, the technology should already have the stability also to have the extendibility, continuous to improves the method of the working procedure in quality management, scene management refinement, the thought of control objectives which can be reached or exceed in the project cost, quality, construction period and enhances the satisfaction in project complete period. And integrates them into the each stage of construction management, establishes the management model. Finally, the author has successfully operated the management model in the project of Dalian Marine Equipment Park.
