With the more and more national attention and protection for the traditional symbols, the color ofconstruction which is characterized by the traditional houses is also increasingly taking attention. As livingstandards improving, the comfortable requirements of living environment is gradually improving, but theawareness of energy conservation and appropriate expertise are more scarce in rural areas, and at the nationallevel, the standard and the introduction for energy-saving measures for traditional houses are unsound. Thephenomenon of random transformation is serious and traditional building symbol begins to slowly subside. Inorder to guide the residential energy-saving transformation and upgrade its living comfort under protectingthe traditional symbols, the paper focuses on energy-saving technology of traditional houses, specificresearch results are as follows:The basic research is carried out on traditional houses in Beijing suburbs. Specific distribution situationsof facades, exterior windows, roofs, floors are summarized. The survey data not only provides basicinformation for in-depth study of this paper, but also provides for other scholars reference for the study oftraditional houses in the suburbs of Beijing.Different models are established on the basis of preliminary investigation and reading literature, thecourtyard formats courtyards size and scale of the building space variable. We get easily deposited zone ofgarbage and uncomfortable zone through courtyard wind field simulation. We get sunshine spacing fordifferent layouts through courtyard sunshine simulation. The model building can meet the basic lightingrequirements. But, lighting comfortable area is different for different ratio of window to wall, room depth andother factors.According to the site visits, structure diagram of different types of wall is draw. Quantitative analysis ofits heat transfer characteristics is done. Suitability analysis for various types of insulation and its structure isfinished under the “Design standards for energy efficiency of rural residential buildingsâ€. Then insulationcost-effective is proposed and the insulation cost-effective of all types of insulation technologies. On thesame theory, in order to guide farmers for energy saving, the type of external windows and roof insulationare analyzed.Demonstration project is selected and energy saving is maked for it. In the transformation process of theproject, in order to increase the use of the function room, we increase the east wing for the kitchen andequipment. Sandwich insulation is selected for the wall, double steel window is selected for the exteriorwindow and EPS insulation is selected for ceiling. After the completion of energy-saving projects, practicaltest and saving rate are carried out. The renovation project is summarized. |
