With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people’sliving standards, the total energy consumption of building energy consumptionin the national economy is increasing year by year. Under the urgent demand ofsustainable development, energy conservation and environment protection,energy conservation and the Protect environment, Improve the use efficiency ofbuilding energy and reduce the overall energy consumption of the buildingsbecome the focus of the whole human concern. Building energy consumption inthe country account for a large proportion of total energy consumption society,Particularly in the summer cooling and winter heating energy consumption ofthe northern cities and southern cities dominated, Compared to a similar climatewith latitude developed countries, Summer cooling energy consumption forheating in winter in northern China cities and the southern city of much larger,Heating energy consumption of the northern city of building reached three timesin developed regions. Public buildings as energy-hungry buildings, especially inhigh government office buildings and large public buildings, the unit area ofhigh power consumption up to ordinary residential construction unit electricityconsumption by10~20times, and the annual electricity consumption accountedfor about22%of total urban consumption, so energy audit of public building,energy consumption analysis of the existing problems, put forward the effectiveand feasible public building energy saving design scheme, and has importantsignificance to the construction of energy-saving work in our country. For the Taiyuan energy efficiency in buildings in an orderly manner, Itproposed to achieve national objectives of building energy efficiency65%,Promote the use of new building materials and new energy-saving buildinginsulation system, Building energy management center that belongs to theTaiyuan municipal housing and urban and rural construction commissionentrusted Shanxi Hongze energy-saving scientific research institute project carryout specialized energy audit work of public buildings in Taiyuan, from thebeginning of2008part of public buildings in Taiyuan city to carry out energystatistics and energy audit, The author participated in the on-site portion of theaudit period investigation, data collection, data check and audit report writingprocess. Through the252public buildings in Taiyuan city of energy statistics,energy audit and energy consumption analysis, the results show that: Bystatistics and audit of the152government office buildings and large publicbuilding energy consumption100is relatively high, and there is a big problemof the heat preservation and energy saving system. Thus, for both publicbuildings for energy saving imperative. While for large public buildings energycharacteristics, the use of new energy-saving building insulation materials areasonable thermal insulation envelope design, It will effectively reduce energyconsumption in public buildings.Because Taiyuan is a typical cold areas of the city, summer and long winter,air conditioning in summer and winter heating load more prominent, the studyon energy consumption and energy saving potential analysis of public buildingsin Taiyuan, can be a public building in cold region and even the country’senergy-saving insulation design transformation provide the advantageous basis.Research contents and results of this paper mainly has the following severalpoints:(1) In Taiyuan City, select the part of the government office buildings andlarge public buildings are energy consumption statistics, energy audit and energyconsumption analysis, obtains the public building all types of energy consumption ratio, and the existence of public building energy-saving insulationsystem problems.(2) On both the new energy-saving insulation system of public building bythe Taiyuan University of Technology building energy conservation and newmaterials research institute R& D A-class modified fireproof polystyreneboard constructed by Dest software, simulation analysis, found that can achievegood effects of heat preservation and energy saving, the various types of energyconsumption index compared with the actual energy consumption indexes werereduced to: total heat load decreased by18.10%, the cumulative heat load indexfell18.10%, during the heating heat load index fell17.06%.(3) Combined with the actual situation of Taiyuan city public buildingenvelope, heat preservation and energy saving system of beads insulation,thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete building block and the thermalinsulation glazed hollow bead inorganic mortar model of insulation materialutilized to construct the building energy conservation and the Taiyuan Universityof Technology Institute of new materials research and development of vitrified,the use of Dest software for the simulation and Analysis on energy consumptionafter good the effects of thermal insulation and energy saving, the various typesof energy consumption index compared with the actual energy consumptionindexes were reduced to: total heat load is decreased by12.04%, the cumulativeheat load index fell12.04%, during the heating heat load index fell12.35%.
