| In current days with the rapidly developing urbanization, city’s social economy and population are continuously growing, which makes the city neglect protection of natural ecological environment and inheritance of local characteristics, extending to the surround constructions in a "blind expansion" and leading to deterioration of natural ecological environment, loss of landscape scenery and sameness in all cities. Under such situation, how to conduct efficient control of city’s unordered expansion, envisage the current condition of ecological environment, protect the healthy operation of city’s ecological system and reach the harmonious unification of society and ecological value from the perspective of city plan have become the subjects that desiderated to be researched and solved. As an important part of city spatial structure, green-core of the city has played a vital role in evacuating city function, exploring ecological effect, enriching city scenery pattern and landscape and preventing city’s unordered development, and it has gained more and more attention from scholars in various fields. Researches on theories and practices of city green-core have become wider and deeper as time goes by.First, this paper based on brief explanation of the concept "green-core", combines opinions from different scholars, summarizes the concept of city green-core and holds the view that city green-core should be limited by natural conditions during the process of city development and formation and is enclosed by city groups with different occupational functions, which locates in the centre of the city and is a green space with certain scale composed by different land exploitation types; it is closely related to each groups in the city and shoulders the role of evacuating city functions; meanwhile it takes up an important place in city landscape ecological patter and provides new type of city centre ecological, landscape and resting space with ecological service function in city ecological system. The paper also straightens, concludes, analyzes and summarizes some theoretical research results in aspects such as the source, concept, basic nature, spatial structure, protective development strategy and practical plan designs of"green-core" as well as successful cases of foreign and domestic "green-core" protective development.Secondly, this paper conducts detailed and profound analyses and recognition of the spatial definition, constitution, basic nature and function of city green-core. As for the spatial definition of city green-core, it holds the opinion that only the city space which locates in the centre of city structure, enclosed by city groups with different groups, constituting city special structure and city landscape ecological pattern, possessing rich resources, scale and constitution that can satisfy each function value of the city green-core and able to provide service for centre region and even the whole city can be called city green-core. City green-core is usually composed by forest land, plow, water area, cultural relics and historical sites, wasteland, barren land and city construction land; openness, reachability and multi-function are all its basic natures. Meanwhile city green-core has many functions such as elasticity, relation, ecology, landscape, rest, safety, popularization of science and economy.What’s more, this paper analyzes and conducts researches on the protective development concept closely related to the protective development of city green-core, the thought of "country city", organic evacuation theory, landscape ecological theory and other theoretical basis, extracts the thoughts and methods within that have positive directive function for the protective development of city green-core and sets them as the theoretical direction for this paper. Then on that basis the paper puts forward strategies for the protective development of city green-core, and conducts analyses and summarizes the principle, goals, contents, scope definition, measures and future development path of the protective development of city green-core. The scope definition and protective development measures of city green-core are the research emphases of this paper. The scope definition of city green-core should be based on the basic quality of city green-core. This paper applies analytic hierarchy process to construct comprehensive comment index system and through qualitative and quantitative analyses, draws the final comment results and defines final scope of city green-core according to the comment results. The protective development measures of city green-core mainly contain classified protective development and regionalization protective development. The classified protective development of city green-core mainly employs GIS spatial analytical technologies, conducts analyses and evaluations of the ecological sensitivity within the scope of city green-core, and combines the final analytical results to divide regions with different sensitivity into different protective developed areas; then puts forward detailed control requirements on the protective development methods and the allowed developing strength of each area. Regionalization protective development of the city green-core mainly focuses on the function perspective. This paper, through comprehensive analyses of the function location of city groups surrounding the city green-core, land exploitation situation, future development location and so on, draws conclusions about its impacts on city green-core development; then it combines the root conditions of green-core, makes overall planning about the regionalization of city green-core and puts up protective developing requirements of different regions.Finally, this paper sets the protective development of "green-core" in Pan Zhihua as the practical case; through applying in the practical cases the related research opinions and achievements put forward in the former context, it further examines and deepens theoretical structures and testify the applicable value and practical significance of the theoretical achievements. |
