Research On The Development Of Urban Green Buildings In China Under The Concept Of Green Development

Cities are highly intensive areas of population and production.Urbanization can save resources,reduce social costs,and improve social and economic benefits.It also brings a series of ecological and environmental problems such as air pollution,traffic congestion,and heat island effects.To this end,urban green buildings came into being and became the theme of building a safe,healthy,comfortable and sustainable urban human settlement environment.In this development theme,urban buildings as urban hardware facilities have experienced the practical development process from light green to dark green to all green,but what are the basic theoretical issues of green buildings and the connotation and characteristics of urban green buildings? ’S answer is unclear,affecting the healthy development of green city buildings.This study explores the nature,characteristics and requirements of urban green buildings through the investigation and combing of the development history of urban green buildings,and combines the national conditions of my country to discuss the countermeasures to promote the urban green development of my country.The thesis mainly adopts literature analysis method,comparative research method,logic research method and system analysis method.The research conclusion of this article is: urban green building is a historical category,and it is the greening of green building technology and management,which runs through the whole process of urban building planning,design,construction and management.The light green development stage is manifested by the fact that humans have begun to pay attention to ecology and the negative consequences of building technology,and are characterized by the adoption of clean and energy-saving technologies;The dark green development stage is the deepening of the light green stage,which is manifested in the deep integration of green technologies such as solar energy,energy saving,water saving,and material saving;In the all-green development stage,the green development concept is integrated into various aspects such as planning,design,construction,operation management,and policies to form a green process throughout the entire life cycle.To promote the healthy and orderly development of urban green buildings in my country,we must innovate from the three levels of development concept,technical concept and system mechanism and promote it in a coordinated manner.At the conceptual level,establish a green development concept,advocate green production and green life,and shape the city’s green building values;At the technical level,strengthen green planning and design,green construction,green material R & D and application,and implement green management throughout the project life cycle;At the level of institutional mechanisms,do a good job of top-level design,establish and improve urban green construction technology standards and evaluation systems,and form an effective governance mechanism that encourages compatibility and constraints.
