School Benchmark Study Based Delivery Systems Installed SG-Ray Machine Components

SG-Ⅲ laser host device parameter measurement component is a complicated systematic project, including the preamplifier48sets of parameter measurement module, the main component parameter measurements put48sets,48sets of components reversal measurements, measuring range48sets of components, total192sets.Based SG-Ⅲ host device laser measurement system for mass production,"a shelf registration" design requirements, we propose a component of SG-ray machine assembly and calibration baseline transfer system to meet SG-Ⅲ host device laser measurement system has good interchangeability between the same module, to achieve "a quasi-shelf’ design thinking.The results show that:the general assembly of the subject index decomposition appropriate land assembly process design with high maneuverability, the benchmark delivery system to establish the correct, rational, loading platform to build a comprehensive school, the first pieces of assembly and mass production indicators fully verified, the product has interchangeability high ground to achieve the design "a quasi-put" design thinking.
