The Research Of The Hongsecun Station Of Chengdu Metro Line2Construction Project Quality Management

The subway as a solution to the best tool for city public transportation, how to control the construction quality in the whole process of the subway construction, completes the project construction project quality management in a good way has become one of the most important problems. This paper through the study of subway station construction project quality management, the purpose is to ensure that the subway station construction project was accomplished according to the requirements, let the subway station construction projects to achieve the planned quality and target, in all the period of the construction, adhere to the sustainable use of quality plan, the control, assurance and improvement measures, so that customer satisfaction to achieve optimal.This paper discusses the main work of construction project quality management of the subway station, taking the Hongsecun station of Chengdu Metro Line2construction project quality management as an example, combined with the current construction market environment to explore and research the project quality plan, quality assurance and quality control, put forward corresponding management scheme of project quality management in construction enterprises.From the Hongsecun station of Chengdu Metro Line2construction project quality management, we conclude that the relationship between with the quality and the quality management, therefore, lean management is necessary to the quality of the project as the subway station construction quality management, and continuous improvement is the development direction of the lean management, through the continuous improvement to set a higher goal, guide the organization and personnel of the parties to pursuit constantly, make the continuous improvement can be sustained. In the future, the subway station construction project quality management should belong to the sustained, conscious, planned, systematic quality improvement and the lean management of construction quality.
