Study In The Quality Control Mechanism And Countermeasures Of Xinjiang Second Channel19Bids Project

Electric power industry is the basic energy industry in the development of nationaleconomy, it has priority in all countries’ economic development strategy, in the tide ofmodernization, without power, it is impossible to develop a country’s economicconstruction. In electric power construction, power transmission and distribution is veryimportant, it is related to the safe operation of other network equipment, and affectsthe stability of the whole power system, if it’s quality is poor, the accident or the potentialrisks will be unbearable to contemplate. Therefore, we should learn the advanced qualitymanagement experience of power transmission and distribution, use the scientific andeffective method in engineering, to improve the project quality.Based on the simple introduction of research background, research situation and qualitymanagement theory, this paper took the total quality management theory as a guide,pointed out the key points of quality control in each stage of power transmission anddistribution project, meantime, this paper took the case of " Xinjiang second channel19section project " as the object, analyzed the quality control of it’s different stages, pointedout the relevant quality control plan, then put forward the relevant measures to enhance thelevel of quality control of the project. This paper is the concrete application of project qualitymanagement theory in power transmission and substation project, it is also an attempt tocombine theory with practice. In view of the importance of electric power industry innational economy, and the quality of power transmission and distribution hassignificant meaning to the operation of electric power system,so the research of quality management of power transmission and distribution in thispaper has certain significance, it can also provide reference for domestic power transmissionand distribution project.
