Research On Quality Management In Liaoning Panjin South Central Intelligent Power Transmission Project

With the improvement of China’s economic strength, people demand for energyis increasing. To effectively meet the people’s production and life use electricitydemand, a large number of intelligent power transmission projects appear. Powertransmission project construction procedures exist much longer period and difficultconstruction problems, coupled with intelligent system of high performance, highquality requirements, so the quality of intelligent power transmission project isparticularly important. However, the current model, objectives, functions andimplementation scheme of intelligent power transmission project has not yet formed aunified understanding and practical experience, information technology andstandardization in quality planning, quality assurance, quality control and otheraspects are not perfect, the research of quality management is lacking, so the study ofintelligent power transmission project quality management is currently an urgentproblem.Firstly, this paper describes the background and significance of the research,in-depth analysis of the current research project quality management and qualitymanagement for intelligent power transmission projects carried out to explore thedomestic status quo; Secondly, the paper summarized the theory of the projectmanagement and project quality management, as well as relative concept, then,construct the system framework of quality management for Liaoning Panjin SouthCentral intelligent power transmission projects; meanwhile, introduces the presentsituation, quality plan, the requirement and assurance of quality control. Based on thetheory of quality management, the paper introduces the principle, process andstandard of quality control as well as some rules in construction, then, control thequality and solve problems came our in construction according to these principle.Through the study, the paper proposed the improvement measures of qualitymanagement in Liaoning Panjin South Central intelligent power transmission projects,and the study can provide the reference for domestic quality management.
