With the development of society and economy , the traffic system became more and more complex. In the interest of providing the management of traffic system with real-time traffic information to achieve efficient management and make full use of the traffic system. We investigate a system of moving vehicle detector and identification.At present, there are various methods of moving vehicle detector and identification. The system we designed for traffic information makes use of the principle of electromagnetic induction and radio frequency identification The moving vehicle detector, which is based on inductive circular loop, detects the information of vehicle according to the inductive signal. The basic information including speed and go through time can be detected to analyze oscillator frequency. At the same time, start up RFID(radio frequency identification)system. A RFID system is composed of a reader and RFID Tags attached to vehicles. The identification of these tags carriers and exchange of data between reader and tag are executed in non-contact manner. The corresponding data are transmitted to the upper computer through RS-232 serial port. It can make the system maintain the best operation status by the anti-jamming design of software and hardware.
