The Interaction Research Of Neighborhood-Landscape Space In Resettlement Village

With the speeding development of our country, the land requisition for industry and new city has increased, gradually more and more resettlement community appeared. For the land-lost farmers, with the improvement of economic conditions and living standards, they mostly have more requirement of living environment, but the unsatisfactory with their livingsituation of new residential area generally make them lack a sense of belonging and happiness.Jin Ji resettlement village resident live in the same village before moving,people, especially the elderly and children, are eager to continue the communication status and preferences as before they move. I photographed the scene and did a questionnaire survey, it turned out that those including residents of source, economic condition, psychological characteristics, living habits and behavioral characteristics have a common thing, they complained a lot about the unclear function, hard surfacing for residential area, plant landscape and the equipment, especially about the landscape space planning and design of neighborhood, which can reflect their desire to interact psychologically. Combining the opinions of theresidents and local situations, this design starts from residents’communications and combined with concept of urban residential neighborhood space environment and rural local landscape design methods. This paper puts forward the opinion of "the same" and "left", and the combination of urban and rural harmonious coexistence design technique. At the same time, introducing the "orchard""tea house""water purification system" and other special idea. Starting from the overall, the reform and design function layout, equipment, facilities, landscape,plants, lighting, shop, waterscape design become the bright spots of the project.The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems of communications among resettlement community. Taking the example of the landscape of JinJi ten thousand community, the aim of this paper is to through the design of this area to provide many reference opinions and design examples for more and more similar resettlement communities in the future.
