The Research On The Resettlement Area Planning Of The Village In The City Reconstruction Based On The Demand Of The Population

With the rapid developm ent of econom y and the accelerated process of urbanization in our country, the villag e in the city has become univers ally geographical phenomenon in the lar ge and medium-sized cities.Due to the growing prominence of its own problem s and the de mand for the stock of urban land, the transformation of village in the city has become the inevitable trend in the present.But the large-scale demolition and reco nstruction activities are seriously neglected the social value of the village in the c ity, triggering a series of social problems in the process of the transform ing resettlement, and as the only rem ains after the transformation, the resettlement areas are also facing the fate of lacking vitality and gradually fading.In this background, strating from the social value of the village in the city, this article put forward an idea that construct communities "like " and healthy low-income communities based on resettlement area, abandon village in the c ity ning the lack of village of the city and retaining the orig inal social value. And through the living village, life, public communication and other aspects research of all kinds of residents, combined with th e present construction of resettlement areas, this article try to explore how to build the resettlem ent area that can undertake the social m ission of village in the city from the aspect of planning and design. Under th e easy to live in, readily employable, orderly, and fusional of the construction goal, this article try to put forward a planning and design strate gy that resettlement area has small scale blocks, open layout, diversity of housing types, small-scale residential differentiation, pole-axis growth of public service and the focused design of street space.This paper is divided into five chapters : the first chapter introduces the research background, analyzes and utilizes the expe rience of dom estic and foreign related research, and generally explains the re search content, significance, m ethod and technical route.Under the premise of making an objective and systematic evaluation to the village in the city, the secon d chapter analyzes and summarizes the curren t strengths and weaknesses of the way of village resettlement, combs the current social problems caused by large-scale reconstruction and resettlement of village in the city, and reflects on the reconstruction and rese ttlement mode of the village in th e city.Combined with inv estigation of villages in the city of Zhengzhou, the third chapter classifies and summ arizes the living way, housing selection preference, symbiotic relationship and public activity habits of different kinds of residents in the unban village, as a realistic basis to direct the planning of resettlement area.Through investigating the resettlem ent area in Zh engzhou, the fourth chapter analysis and summarizes the current problems in the resettlement area, and on this basis, combined with the results of the third chap ter, the new re settlement area construction train of thought and specific strategy of planning and design is presented to solve the problems mentioned in the beginning.The fifth chapter makes a summary and reflects the lack of the research, and puts forward the prospect of future research.
