With the rapid development of urbanization in our country, the urban population is more and more intensive and the urban traffic is more and more serious. It has proved that the urban rail transit construction is one of the effective ways to solve the problem of urban public transport when the city scale, traffic demand and economic strength have developed to a certain extent. At present, the urban rail transit construction of China has entered into a period of vigorous development. There will be1,700kilometers of urban rail transit lines in China in2015. Accordingly, we focus on how to choose metro equipment, station management and operation mode to make our work more effective. Serving for the26th Universiade, Shenzhen metro Longgang line adopts advanced axis station control mode, which enables station daily operation to be monitored concentratedly and improves station management efficiency. Therefore, it has practical significance and application value for axis station to establish its management and operation mode matching with the characteristics of equipment system.Firstly, this paper introduces the overview of Longgang line and the characteristics of equipment system at axis station. And then, it compares and analyzes the station management and operation mode of Guangzhou metro, Shanghai metro, Nanjing metro and Hong Kong metro, and finds the common ground and differences. Secondly, the paper introduces the operational and management models of the axis station, and then makes a comparison and analysis to management and operation model of the traditional station, and analysis the characteristics and advantages in span traffic control, emergency rescue, risk source and human resource.Through the comparison and analysis, the paper finds that the axis station can optimize dispatch of station managers and attendants, simplify the number of station staff, and economize on human resource costs. With the different equipment, we reduce the traffic control of long-span to improve framework and efficiency of traffic controller. Restraining the demand of attendants, we accordingly reduce the difficult training task, low the difficulty of risk sources, and improve the coefficient of safe production.
