China High-speed railway is in a period of rapid development.According to the<China Railway Medium and Long-term Development Plan>,it will form a 30000 kilometers of high-speed railway network in China by 2020,which will have a significant impact on China’s transportation pattern,regional economic development and people’s production and lifestyle.It also means that more high-speed railway stations will be built and put into use,and play a greater role in railway construction and operation.There is a huge difference in design concept,service object,facilities and equipment,work organization and operation management between high-speed railway stations and existing railway stations.Also,the operation management of traditional existing railway stations can no longer meet the needs of the high-speed railway network.How to build a modern high-speed railway station,apply advanced technology and concept to manage is the key work of future high-speed railway development.In the context of the mobile internet era,building smart stations will become an important way to improve passenger service quality and operation management capability.The research on station smart operation management mode is conducive to the formation of“Internet +” concept for station service,which is also an objective requirement for the development of high-speed railway stations,and dominates the overall service activities of the stations.The research can promote a clear service concept for station development and operation,and choose a more scientific and rational approach.This paper mainly takes A High-speed Railway Station as an example to conduct in-depth study on the smart operation management mode of high-speed railway stations.Firstly,it has an interpretation of the smart mode,operation management,business process and other aspects.Then,the management situation of A High-speed Railway Station is deeply analyzed in the combination of its management status.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the connotation,development and construction of the smart station operation management,the operation management mode of A High-speed Railway Station under the smart mode is discussed in depth.Finally,with the design of smart operation management mode of high-speed railway stations as the core,information collection,transmission and analysis methods of station operation management are optimized based on the smart platform.The terminal mobile phone App is used as the carrier to realize the integration and sharing of various resources;realize the real-time release and query of messages;realize coordination and linkage between internal and external systems of stations;realize informationization supervision and maintenance of equipment and facilities;realize modern monitoring and management of business operations;realize emergency decision-making for unforeseen circumstances;realize smart command of the overall work,so as to improve the efficiency quality of station operation management and the office experience of management personnel,and then,promote the transformation of A High-speed Railway Station into a modern enterprise.
