In aerospace technology innovation today, data storage devices are an integral part of theaircraft, from the black box of civil aircraft to the image recording of spacecraft, data storagedevice always plays a vital role, its performance is directly related to the success of a flightor whether the truth accident can be revealed to the world. In some harsh environment of theflight, in order to accurately record data, a problem of stability of the device becomes aprimary consideration.In order to accomplish acquisition-storage of six-channel analog signal andstore-forward of one-channel image data in flight of some type aircraft, the device of datastore and forward is designed, according to the principle of maximizing system stabilityunder certain volume limits to enhance environmental adaptability of the device.This paper describes the background and development issues related to the subject athome and abroad, and subsequently, in accordance with the design requirements, highstability as the basic principle, Altera’s FPGA devices EP3C120F484C8N is choosed as maincontrol device, Samsung’s NAND FLASH (Model K9K8G08U0A) is selected as a memorydevice. the system has a USB2.0interface in order to facilitate reading data from FLASH,users can easily read the data from FLASH and analyzed via a PC. On the hardware side, thehardware structure and working principle of each part is described in detail in this paper, aswell as general principles PCB layout; On the software side, the paper focuses on the Designprogramming ideas of inquiry of the FLASH’s remaining capacity, LVDS transmissionbetween FPGA and CRC. In addition, the internal structure of NAND FLASH programmingand cross biplane are made a brief analysis in the paper.Finally, the corresponding test results is given and shows the feasibility of the systemdesign.
