Studies On The Landscape Design Of Suburban Winery In Hunan

Chinese wineries building development is still in the preliminary stage, both tourism and production wineries landscape design is also a certain lack of research. Based on the Hunan suburban wine estate field and questionnaires, analyze and summarize relevant theoretical research results presented wineries in Hunan suburban landscape design theory system and the following conclusions:(1) According to the content expressed wine culture, wineries landscape design proposed should be combined with viticulture, Chinese wine culture, wine brewing, wine arts, wine ceremony and other in wine culture, show winery cultural connotations.(2) Through Hunan suburban wine estate field surveys, summarize and analyze the results of its advantages lack of cultural theme, features, landmarks and distinctive landscape outside environment, poor infrastructure, and lack of shade plants, architectural forms conflict with local characteristics, lack of level of wineries’overall landscape in design and construction deficiencies, and through the wineries visitors survey to understand visitors winery satisfaction and suggestions, reference for future suburban wineries landscape design.(3) According to the relevant disciplinary research theory, wineries should focus on ecological sustainability, human participation, economic concentration, highlighting regional characteristics, cultural themes holistic, landscape diversity of design principles. And proposed on the basis of its wineries landscape orientation, landscape layout, function zoning, landscape sequence and landscape planning and design elements and other content.(4) combined live bridge wineries instance to verify the results of theoretical research.In this paper, Hunan suburban-based, the proposed wineries landscape design theory, and pointed out that the geographical conditions and cultural background will be an important reference factors wineries landscape design and guide the design.
