The Design Study On Creative Industrial District Of Traditional Building Renovation

The city is coming into the post-industrial era of industrialization. Along withthe progress of science and technology industrial production mechanization,automation, the influence of the economic structure is changing. From productionprimarily oriented towards the city is given priority to with the tertiary industry,urban spatial structure is changing. Under this background, the recession in the centreof the city has prompted the government to strengthen planning intervention, with thetechnique of urban renewal, improve the urban space and the quality of life, and theintervention leads to the space form changing. At the same time, the creativeindustries take the lead in development in the developed countries, and began tosprout in China in the early21st century. Those mastering creative crowded gatheredin the capital region of diversity, inclusiveness and openness. Therefore, creativeindustries take the lead and traditional architectural form creative industrial district.This article is in order to the design study on creativity industrial district oftraditional building as the key point, and the overview of relevant concepts of urbandevelopment, and through a lot of reading literature and field research in the domesticand foreign development present situation and characteristics. And then discuss thetypes of traditional architecture creative industrial district and city developmentrelated theory, studies the level of planning and design in the city. By combing onfunction of construction problems, trying to from its internal probe types oftraditional architecture creative industrial district itself characteristic, and advantagesof the combination. On this basis, the article analyses traditional architectural types ofcreative industrial district’s and urban space environment, and dug up traditionalarchitecture, creative industrial district deeply, as well as the relations between theurban development of a deeper level.
