Creative parks are one of the cultural symbols of contemporary metropolises.However,after investigating the creative parks transformed from old factories in Beijing,we understand that after years of development,these parks have generally undergone small-scale and long-term urban micro-update phenomenon.By reviewing the relevant literature,it is found that although a large number of papers today have done a more in-depth study on how to transform old factories into creative parks,they are less involved in the development and changes after the renovation of creative parks.Therefore,I proposed re-renewal of creative parks as the research direction of this article.Further research shows that there are three levels in the renewal of creative parks: the macro level,the meso level and the micro level.The macro level includes changes in the positioning and scale of the park;the meso level is divided into the spontaneous adjustment of street space and architectural space;the micro level focuses on the renewal of key parts of the building facade,interior design,landscape and sketches.The author found that in the process of renewal at the macro level,there was a problem that the positioning of the industry and the park did not match,resulting in the decline of industrial characteristics and the expansion of the scale of operations,resulting in insufficient public service facilities;The problem of building invading and occupying the walking space;the appearance of the theme of some public decoration works at the micro level has a tendency of niche,causing social disputes,and the lack of landscape design of the square space makes it lose its appeal.Further in-depth research shows that economic development factors is the internal driving force for the re-renewal of the park,and at the same time,it has a greater impact on the industry and layout of the park.The aesthetic tendency of creative parks with different standards in different periods,the construction and changes with contemporary aesthetic and the development of materials and the frequent attempts of temporary facilities have resulted in a rich form of the meso and micro space in the park during the renewal process.A series of changes that occurred in the creative park formed by old factory buildings can be attributed to the replacement of social aesthetic trends,which is based on the economic environment and the development of social psychology.In order to enable the benign development of the creative park while maintaining its own characteristics,based on macro-renewal factors,this article proposes to strengthen the admission mechanism of the creative group at the management level on the premise of clarifying the positioning of the park to avoid the loss of core creative groups,encourage these similar industry settle in,establish flexible transformation standards,and encouraged creative groups to participate independently and other strategies.The meso-to-micro level is the level that this article paid more attention to.In the process of renewal at this level,it should be moderately renovated on the premise of respecting the original architectural style;encourage the combination of temporary and permanent renovations,leaving for the re-reformation Room;at the same time increase the experience space,emphasize the public participation of the creative park,and maintain the characteristics of contemporary industrial aesthetics in the space design;in the process of renovating the landscape facilities of the park,it is proposed that the public art works conform to the development of social culture and avoid the tendency of niche,Adopt standardized service facilities to highlight the characteristics of the park,and pay attention to several suggestions such as landscape facilities and park environment. |
