As the global economy continues to develop, the trade between China and the world continues to increase, the port become an important gateway to China’s international trade, ensure the stable development of the national economy. With the rapid economic development, people’s living standards continue to improve, consumption concepts gradually change. Vehicle consumption market has developed rapidly in our country, which challenges the operating efficiency of vehicles. Therefore, expanding services and improving service quality, satisfying customer requirements, reducing intermediate procedures, improving operational efficiency, plays a very important role on port vehicle logistics.The paper analyzes the bottlenecks based on the actual situation of the operation, constructs port vehicle information platform based on Multi-Agent combining the theory of Multi-Agent in order to improve the efficiency of the port vehicles operation.Firstly, the article analyzes and summarizes the existing characteristics of the port operation business to clear the function and the problems to be solved of information platform; secondly, we analyze the operation of port vehicle in detail, and propose optimal processes under information platform; thirdly, according to the theory of Multi-Agent Systems, we extract Agent mode from the optimization process, such as:booking management Agent, class management Agent and so on, then the paper provides a detailed description of function and coordination of each agent in the information platform; fourthly, this paper constructs inventory forecasting model using neural network algorithm and Matlab, analyzes the effectiveness; finally, we implement port vehicle information platform and the prediction model, analyzes the deployment of the system as well.Introducing Multi-Agent theory to vehicle information platform has practical significance not only in efficient operation but also in promoting the development of vehicles collaborative logistics. The purpose of this study is to construct the information platform, in order to put the basic ideas forward on port vehicle collaborative logistics.
