The Design And Development Of Logistics Inventory Machine

With the fast development of the logistics service, the speed of the logistics is faster and faster, the stock cycle is shorter and shorter, the pressure of logistics inventory is heavier and heavier too. The traditional inventory way by artificial can not meet the development of the logistics service. In order to solve this problem, the advanced country of logistics service has already begun to develop specialized equipment for logistics inventory-- the inventory machine.This paper develops a kind of special logistics inventory machine (AD1) for the demand of logistics service. It adopted the advanced achievement of modern embedded system. The CPU of AD1 is S3C2410 high-speed processor based on ARM920T core, operating system is Windows CE Embedded OS. This paper recommends logistics service and embedded system background at first; secondly recommends the system hardware. The hardware of the whole system is divided into three modules: the Core PCB, the Motherboard and the special-purpose keyboard. The Core PCB integrated CPU, SDRAM, NAND Flash module and the circuit of supporting them, it is a ARM minimum system board; The motherboard offer the interface for core PCB and support it, integrates various kinds of peripheral hardware interface, such as the LCD, Ethernet, USB, RS232, CF Card, etc.; the special interface to some specialized hardware. The special-purpose keyboard bases on MSP430 MCU, MSP430 is an ultra low consumption MCU, Keyboard encodes and decodes in local and connects to motherboard by self-defining serial interface. And then recommend how to transplant and custom Windows CE, and then recommend how to develop the driver and support software. The AD1 needs to support the special-purpose devices besides supporting the common devices, such as the special-purpose LCD, keyboard, serial interface scanners, CF card, etc.; at the same time for it is made to meet a special request of inventory trade, the special-purpose Shell procedure and support software is needed. These devices no accord with Windows CE and the software of special- purpose to support to are difficult to develop, these are discussed in this paper, and this paper also provide the detailed solution.
