Highway freight transport is a fundamental and leading industry in the development of logistics. With the rapid development of economy, China’s highway freight volume shows a rapidly growing trend, and the share of highway freight volume in the comprehensive transportation system increases year by year. However, highway freight loading of China also faces many problems, which restrict the further development of the road freight industry. In view of the rapid development of Internet information technology and modern logistics industry, construction of logistics information service platform has already become one of the regional logistics development strategies. Under the background of highway transportation and logistics information service platform development, this paper carries out research on stowage platform supply and demand matching, in order to improve the matching rate of vehicles and cargos, and to provide effective theoretical models of supply and demand matching of vehicles and cargos on the platform, and furthermore to promote the healthy and rapid development of the freight market.Based on related scientific research project, this paper studies stowage logistics information service platform vehicles and cargos matching problems by using theoretical analysis method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and multi-objective matching and ranking algorithm. Main contents are as follows:(1) This paper summarizes the current status and classification of the development of China’s logistics information service platform, which draws forth the development status, existing problems and model of stowage logistics information service platform, and then analyzes the necessity of the research on supply and demand matching of vehicles and cargos based on stowage logistics information service platform.(2) This paper analyzes the mechanism of platform’s vehicles and cargos matching. Based on the consideration of stowage business, this paper analyzes the subject, principle, process, mechanism, function module and operation pattern of the supply and demand matching, to provide a reference for the platform construction.(3) This paper constructs after-transaction credit evaluation model and vehicles cargos supply and demand matching model for stowage logistics information service platform. At first, this paper establishes two layers vehicles cargos screening and matching index system both for the cargos suppliers and the vehicles suppliers, in which credit level is an important indicator. Secondly, establish a credit evaluation model. Then construct multi-target matching and ranking model for vehicles and cargos matching. This model is helpful to improve the efficiency of supply and demand matching on the platform.(4) This paper takes Transfar logistics platform as empirical research. By analyzing the development status of Transfar logistics platform, this paper uses Transfar logistics platform data as the basis to verify the practicability and validity of the mode, and lastly puts forward some proposals for the market cultivation in order to improve the Transfar logistics platform’s supply and demand matching rate.
