As always, the construction industry has its unique way to improve the livingenvironment of citizens, improve the construction of basic facilities, increasepersonnel and material Exchanges from the various regions, and tpromote nationalunity and economic development. Meanwhile, Construction industry has shown a bigdemand on the labor force, they can absorb more than eighty percent of migrantworkers every year. It resolved a large part of rural surplus labor.But, for a long time, the weak production safety foundation and frequentoccurrence of accidents all caused by the inadequate investment in enterprise securityin most construction enterprises. The most fundamental way to significantly improvebenefits of the safety is to develop the scientific methods of secure investment andthe advanced management technology.1. The dissertation studied the compositions and the main sources of the safetyinvestment in construction enterprises. Through investigating and analyzing thesafety investment of construction enterprises, I found the existential questions onsecurity investment in most of the construction enterprises are that the enterprisesare lack of initiative, the input is not enough and unscientific methods for safetyinput. The main reasons for these problems are the decision maker’s securityawareness and cognitive level, rational and normative security investments,market factors, political factors and so on.2. The paper resolves the problem about whether enterprises can make securityinput accord with the standards of regulation. This thesis emphasis on using thegambling theory established the enterprises gaming model between two enterprisesand the gaming model between enterprise and government supervision to analyze thereasons and the impact mechanism for underinvestment in construction enterprises.3. The paper resolves the problem about how enterprises invest in safety. Aftercollecting and collating the safety input data of different construction enterprises, the relationship between the accident loss and safety investment is figured out throughgrey correlative degree method, Decision makers can judge and regulate theallocation ratio of the safet investment through the size of the grey correlative degreein each item, the calculation results of the grey correlative degree can be used tooptimize the security investment direction.
