Development Of SMS01Project In T Civil Aviation Company

Civil aviation safety is a prerequisite for sustainable development. There are a numbers research and practices taking place within global civil aviation industry over a long period on how to ensure production safety, and setting up related management system. In the development process of civil aviation safety management, safety management system (SMS) has been introduced up to date.Comparing to traditional management mode, SMS follows a brand-new safety management ideology, mainly in the concept. The orientation of SMS’s management has converted from the post-administration to pre-preventing in advance. T Company’s SMS construction was given as an example in this dissertation, and used to explore how to construct SMS in aviation enterprises based on projective method. The research contents include the analysis of T Company’s environment to expatiate the driving factor of construct SMS project. The research analyzed SMS01’s construction process, including responsibility attribution and schedule planning. This study further demonstrated the core activity of SMS01development, which is construction of risk management and safety assurance measures. The analysis results show that project management is an effective method in promoting SMS01’s implementation, as well as safety management quality. The effectiveness of SMS01is shown as safety responsibility into practice, risk effectively management and staff safety awareness enhancement.Chinese civil aviation enterprises are still in the initial stage of SMS construction without a standard template.It is hoped that this research results can be made reference to SMS development.
