Design And Implementation Of Document Management Platform Of Construction Projects

Construction project not only produces a large number of documents, and manydocument types in its whole life cycle. At present, most of the construction projectsfollow traditional the paper’s way to exchanges and save, information utilization isrelatively ratio low, especially, the way of Internet electronic document exchange,storage, management is less. Due to documentation consciousness is weak inconstruction unit, the project file is often not given due attention in the practical work, itcaused project file material can not timely filed, and can not guarantee the integrity,accuracy and systematic of the project file.Therefore, it will play a positive role forconstruction project document exchange, storage, management that the unified platformbased on the Internet for document management was set up.This thesis takes the actual operating conditions of the construction projects as abackground, being based on the Internet and the Apache Web server system structure ofB/S, taking MySQL as background database, using PHP server-side scripting,developed a construction project document management platform.In order to guarantee file archive and construction engineering synchronization,this thesis puts forward solutions such as establishing the project archives filingschedule plan, fulfilling responsibility unit and responsibility person, realizing real-timearchiving situations tracking by the schedule.This thesis describes the development of project documentation management of thedomestic and foreign construction enterprises, and the main related technology isintroduced; analyzes system requirements; and introduces in detail the system designprocess; has a detailed analysis of two main modules, including the system management,file management; simply described the system testing, and designed the individualmodule functional test case; Finally this thesis makes summary on implement andprospect of the system．...
