Fire audit is an important part of controlingbuilding safety and eliminating congenital fire trouble. How to improve the efficiency,openness, fairness and guarantee is a great challenge to the current fire audit ofconstruction project.In this thesis, through the research of the existing fire protection management ofconstruction project, using the method of deconstruction fire audit process, research onprocess information about application of fire auditing window, acceptance, review, revealthe one of the reasons of these problems is Fire audit informatization level is low. In viewof this situation, this thesis starts from information management technology, put forwardthe method to solve the problems by using information technology,using moderninformation methods about network technology, information technology and officeautomation technology, reform traditional procedures, enhance the effectiveness of theaudit, to meet the expectation of the society of fire protection in efficiency and justice.Through the analysis of the status of fire audit information technology in China, focuseson the information system platform for building fire audit, summarizes the establishmentprinciples,such as the overall planning and step-by-step implementation of fire auditinformation system; advanced, open and practical principles; safe and reliable principle;data fusion and push; maintainability and scalability principles; simple operation andfriendly interface.Design the models of the communication subsystem, assistant decisionsubsystem and information management subsystem. Finally, the conclusion is about usingthe information management to solve the existing problems of fire audit is feasibility andoperation.
