Design And Implementation Of Project File Management System In Power Supply Company

With the continuous expansion of the scale of the company’s power grid,the traditional power infrastructure construction project management model has been unable to adapt to the current power system management refined management requirements.Especially in the aspect of project document management,there are some problems such as low efficiency and poor controllability of document data just rely solely on file attachment management methods.The main reason for the above problems is that at present,the company’s project documents are scattered in the business software of each project management in the form of attachments.The management personnel need to manually switch between multiple project management software,download the attachments locally for management,and then manually upload the final project documents to the corresponding project management software after the local processing.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis proposes a project file management system solution based on online Office file management and VFS(Virtual File System).The work of this thesis includes requirement analysis,design,implementation and testing of engineering document management system,and introduces the key development technologies such as EXCEL file development and virtual file system.The project file management system is designed and developed by using.NET technology,NPOI technology and FastDFS distributed file system technology.The system functions are divided into 5 modules: project budget data management,project overview information management,project contract information management,project document data proofreading and data report output.The system can provide a unified file operation view in the form of a virtual file system by attaching files previously managed by multiple project management software systems.At the same time,through the unified file operation view provided by the virtual file system,managers can directly process project documents by project view,information integration,manual verification,and create project document reports online.And the FastDFS internal mechanism is used to implement the background maintenance management and synchronization of files.Therefore,the system solves the problems of low efficiency and low controllability of file data in the management of engineering fileattachments.The system realized in this thesis has obvious effects on improving the reliability and convenience of engineering project document management of the power supply company.The system development technology choice is scientific and reasonable,the function design is efficient and succinct,the operation efficiency is high.Therefore,the research work of this thesis has a certain reference value for other power supply enterprises and even other industries of engineering project document integration management.
