Residential projects which is theimportant part of the construction project, have some features such as fixity,disposable,andcan be influenced by many factors. However, the completed product or of the residential is animportant place for human’s habitation and life.Compared with other engineering products,it’s closer to the daily life of human beings, and its quality is directly related to the safety anduse of human.So the quality of residential project is payed more attention. At present, the construction unit attaches great importance to the project qualitymanagement,but the is not enough scientific in it. The costs in quality management is higherand the efficiency of quality management efficiency is not good enough.In addition, themajority of construction projects mainly rely on the quality of the post-acceptance for qualitymanagement, and the lack of pre-control measures prior.
