First I am honored very much that I can accept about design management knowledgesystem during my postgraduate study, therefore,I am very interested in the strange and newtopic regarding this, and start the my travel of research.Nowadays,"globalization","integration","global village", all these words are not strangeto us. The world is getting smaller and smaller, and the information is everywhere. But indesign management today which is introduced by our country, we still see it not harmonious,chaotic, and even inefficient everywhere around us. Regarding my paper topic, the researchand the discussion is focus on the following several aspects: the current situation of Designmanagement; the application of CAID in industrial design; the operation and existingproblems of advertisement company design management; the realization of managementplatform in the advertisement design digitization.CAID as a new topic enables the industry design management to display in this platform,but it is still at the early stage at present, which is far from mature, and it is also not regularand not mature in the advertisement design field which is my major focus on. Then as thefoundation, CAID to future advertisement design management to carry on the exploration isthe brand-new research, and will study the discovery advertisement design operationalguidance by the industrial design using CAID concentration consciousness as well as theadvertisement design network management sophistication. This topic mainly rests on ourcountry’s advertisement company from the90s mushroom growth establishment, but thepresent is still actually imperfect, not perfect in the system as well as the management aspect,which causes our country’s advertisement company still to be under the disordered state tomove, so I often hear people’s complaint in advertisement company, including the customersor people who are engaged in the work in the advertisement company. Therefore it isnecessary to develop the design management, to manage the design and to conduct researchon the design management. Then by the concept of CAID management the industrial design,it can be applied in the advertisement design digitization management. Because theadvertisement design management process involves many aspects, from the design strategy and the goal formulation, to the design process’s control, each part should be contained in onesystem to do data processing. At the same time, it is necessary to establish the organicconnections between the design department and other related department, regardless ofmacroscopically, microscopically, it should gain support from the current high technologywhich is primarily focus on the network to process. Under the network’s economic condition,Establishing design management system is the foundation of realizing the enterprise’sinformationization, meanwhile, its requests enterprise and the design department, and eventhe entire society to establish a set of sound and effective knowledge sharing system, whichcan share resources, supplement the information, with the aim of achieving enterprise’sinterior departments’ non-barrier support to the design department, the initiativecommunication and mutual encouragement among designers and even the interactionmutually between the design department and the outside design groups.
