The resource management and early warning system of railway communication transmission network is an information management method for transmission network resources.It is the integration and supplement to the existing transmission network management system,integrated network management system and various resource utilization accounts.The existing various systems have realized data collection and aggregation,forming a database like "big data",but the value of data in "big data" has not been tapped.As we all know,"artificial intelligence" is an important value output of "big data".The resource management and early warning system of railway communication transmission network is the value output port of the transmission system resources and application status collected in real time.To complete the data analysis and summary that need to be related to collation and real-time update,quickly and accurately complete the repetitive work with computer system,and output valuable information for reference in the management and maintenance process.The use of northbound interface technology can ensure that the system collects real-time data of the network management system in real time,is consistent with the existing network,and does not have any impact on the existing network,which not only guarantees the real-time accuracy of the data,but also ensures the safety of the application system data.This system can solve the existing low-efficiency resource management mode,and find some hidden dangers of insufficient resources or unreasonable use of the network,and issue warnings and early warnings.The current resource management is still at the stage of massive and inefficient manual query and sorting,and there are problems such as untimely updating and inaccurate accounts,which need to be resolved urgently.This system can achieve efficient network-wide operation and maintenance management,real-time resource utilization update,and obtain various management required reports;when this system investigates circuits,it recommends the most reasonable and optimal unified path,and directly forms work orders;When the resource utilization is unreasonable or the physical resources of the transmission network equipment are insufficient,it is necessary to report the warning in time.With continuous development and improvement,the system can also simulate fault points and generate a list of affected businesses in order to accurately determine thescope of impact of a construction to handle downtime points;it can automatically simulate common faults such as fiber optic cable interruptions and poll hidden points in real time,And it is listed according to the severity,and accordingly formulate the reversal plan and emergency plan;you can analyze the impact of the business by simulating the single,two or even multiple optical cable interruptions in different intervals and different trenches.Emergency interruption reminders are generated in case of business interruption,and rectification plans are generated.Of course,when the fault occurs,the cause of the fault can be reversed according to the scope of business impact;the fault point can be determined according to the service impact interval,the interruption of the transmission network can be used to determine the affected optical cable(or fiber),and the fault point can be located immediately,then fault delay can be compression down.Figure 46,table14,reference22.
