Study On Intelligent Packaging-design

With changes of people’s daily life under the development of science technology, the traditional package is changing accordingly. When the basic functions of the package are satisfied, an intelligent package springs up increasingly, which fully indicates personalized consumption demand and expresses humanistic care and develops the products’functions. Such package is established on the basis of some advanced elements such as modern intelligent material, intelligent technology and intelligent structure, which can strengthen its protective functions and satisfies consumers’need in great extent.This paper, according to many design cases of the intelligent packages home and abroad, tries to make a study on the methods of the intelligent packages comprehensively through an explanation of its technologies and theories for the purpose of constructing a theoretical system.First of all, on the basis of the development background and outline of the intelligent package, this paper restructures its conception, and then a new classification and description is produced.secondly, the main factors which influence the intelligent package have been analyzed, and from the aspects of the intelligent technology, intelligent material and intelligent structure, its importance and influence as wellFurthermore, aiming at its characteristics and the writer’s recent actual experience of the intelligent package, this paper sums up and develops a certain regularity and abstracts some key steps. Using these methods and steps, the five aspects such as "analysis"、"deconstruction"reform"reference"、"innovation"can be checked.As a new idea in the package field and the production from the new material and technology, the intelligent package has many advantages and human natural characters, but some problems, for instance, technology development, cost, standard and customers’acceptance, still exist. Therefore, some great efforts should be made from the ability, platform, development of departments and ad vocation in order to promote a good and healthy development of the intelligent package.
