The application of intelligent water conservancy is a link in the construction of intelligent society.In 2018 the No.1 Central Document proposed the implementation of smart agriculture and forestry and water conservancy engineering.Intelligent Water Conservancy aims to apply the new generation of information technologies such as cloud computing,Internet of Things,big data,mobile Internet and artificial intelligence to realize the thorough perception,comprehensive interconnection,intelligent application and ubiquitous service of water conservancy objects and activities,so as to promote water management system and the ability to modernization.As the source of the eastern route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,Jiangdu Water Resources Hub has a special project status,great function,remarkable benefit and distinctive characteristics,and has the uniqueness that cannot be duplicated in many aspects.It also has its own characteristics in the construction of intelligent water conservancy.This paper systematically reviewed the current situation of the construction of intelligent water conservancy project of Jiangdu Hydropower Project,and formulated the development direction of intelligent water conservancy through the three-tier structure.This paper also took root the construction of intelligent water conservancy according to the characteristics of Jiangdu Hydropower Project itself,and formed intelligent pump station,intelligent sluice,fine management platform and other applications.The main research results are as follows:(1)Constructing the overall architecture and layout of Jiangdu Hydropower Project,mainly using the Internet of Things,cloud computing,Web services,mobile Internet and other technologies for construction.It mainly covers three parts:intelligent perception system,intelligent cloud service center and intelligent application system.(2)Based on a modern technological means to build pumping stations perception system,we improve the security support environment,and promote the fine management of pumping station integrated business,and also enhance the level of scientific decision-making scheduling management and eventually to form "a more thorough awareness,more accurate research and judgment,more scientific and intelligent control management,and more visual presentation" of intelligent pumping station management system,with the purpose of promoting the development of smart water conservancy.According to the actual situation,the study on optimal operation of Pump Station Group of Jiangdu District hydraulic complex is carried out.(3)Using advanced computer network technology,automatic control technology,communication technology and sensor technology to establish intelligent sluice to achieve efficient centralized control and management of the sluice.We can open and close the gate timely and accurately,and form real-time warning protection to achieve economic,efficient and safe operation and reduce personnel input.(4)According to the management scope and actual situation and demand of Jiangdu Water Conservance Project,combined with the video monitoring system,visual intercom subsystem,entrance and exit control subsystem,access control management subsystem,visitor management subsystem and other subsystems,the comprehensive security management of the park is realized.
