In the era of continuous innovation in the manufacturing industry,the intelligent material scheduling production in the factory is the top priority.The production process and task cooperation of different enterprises have their own characteristics.In this environment,the overall scheduling of factory personnel,software and hardware in combination with the enterprise’s own conditions,resource environment and production characteristics is an urgent pain point for the manufacturing industry to realize intellectualization and automation.This paper bases on SMT machine factory,on the premise of in-depth study of workshop personnel management,production process and logistics operation,and based on the concept of service-oriented(SOA),this paper studies and develops intelligent material scheduling system.The main research contents and conclusions include:1.This paper bases on the concept of SOA architecture,the intelligent material scheduling system is developed.Pluggable management is provided for subordinate services to provide users with bottom-level operation.According to the functions and characteristics of software and hardware such as automatic guided vehicle(AGV)and warehouse management(WMS),this article uses windows communication development platform(WCF),Android network framework,database access and other ways for interaction,which solves the problem of loose linkage of multiple systems,fully reduces the coupling degree of software and hardware,improves the robustness and reliability of the material scheduling system,and reduces the operation nodes with manual participation.2.Intelligent material scheduling system fully integrate the Internet of things(IOT)technology of 2D barcode scanning for material verification,the computer communication technology of service communication between WCF and Android network framework,design and develop an efficient and stable communication mechanism,define the communication protocol between the host computer scheduling system and subordinate services,and test its stability and reliability.There are more than ten bugs in the communication of WMS,such as security verification,failure of multiple nested data analysis of JSON parameters.It is much higher than the number of communication bugs of AGV;In the process of communication between the dispatching system and AGV with Step=3*100ms interval,the average delay is between 300ms and 600ms,while the WMS communication delay is about 10ms.It can be concluded that the system communication design should be partially adjusted on the basis of standardized communication protocol and realize two-way communication.3.Intelligent material scheduling system takes surface mount machine factory as a model to solve the online problems in the actual production and use process,and then optimize the system function.Real time allocation of warehouse location,software and hardware resources,handling various types of conflicts of scheduling connection,so as to reduce the system operation cost and improve the operation efficiency.Research and development of warehouse location management,fuzzy resources,intelligent material scheduling and other algorithms that can be used in the actual production environment have achieved the functions of real-time calculation of warehouse location,task steps,resource allocation and hardware action location path planning.4.Intelligent material scheduling system bases on the warehouse location management algorithm and the intelligent material production scheduling algorithm,an intelligent obstacle moving algorithm is developed.This algorithm regards the obstacles as the obstacles in the plan,removes the obstacles and takes out the target through the algorithm planning,reduces the floor space of logistics handling,and realizes the function of intelligent obstacle moving.5.This paper through the data collected in the intelligent and automatic production process,analyze the efficiency improved by the introduction of the scheduling system.When multi-system linkage,in the SMT factory,manufacturing enterprise production process execution management system(MES),enterprise resource planning(ERP),WMS and AGV interact with multiple sources,and three material managers are invested.The task takes more than 2000min per day,30~45 complete tasks per day,and the average task takes 25~40min.After switching the scheduling system,one person is invested,and the average time of the task is 5~15min.The data shows that the manpower invested in material scheduling of surface mount machine has been reduced by two people,accounting for 33%of the previous time,and the time consumption of material scheduling is about 20%~60%of that before using the intelligent material scheduling system.The production scheduling efficiency infactory has been greatly improved.This paper through the research and development of intelligent material scheduling system,forms the material production of surface mount machine into an intelligent processing supply chain,improves the production efficiency,reduces the human consumption,fully implements the informatization and intelligent application of material scheduling and production of surface mount machine factory,and enables the intelligent manufacturing of enterprises. |
