Research On Intelligent Packaging Design Of Materials

With the development of modern science,more and more new technologies and materials have emerged,leading the packaging industry gradually turn to be intelligent and reductive,and expanding the market of intelligent packaging rapidly.In the “13th Five-Year Plan” of China’s packaging industry,it is pointed out that intelligent packaging will be the key direction of the packaging industry in the next five years.As an important part of intelligent packaging,intelligent packaging of materials have attracted substantial attention.Intelligent packaging of materials is a kind of intelligent packaging that dominated by functional materials and smart materials.Through the application of new materials,it can effectively solve the safety problems in the food and pharmaceutical fields.Although many studies have explained this type of packaging,it is often based on the development of specific material technology at that time,and it presents a strong era,and it is difficult to interpret the new material intelligent packaging form that emerges today.Therefore,this paper proposes a more complete concept of intelligent packaging of materials,and explores the classification system,application field,and design realization of intelligent packaging of materials.The specific research results are as follows.The concept and function of intelligent packaging of materials in different periods were systematically studied to clarify the form and historical development of intelligent packaging of materials in different periods.In addition,combined with the development status and trend of intelligent packaging of materials,the concept of intelligent packaging of materials is proposed.The intelligent packaging of materials refers to the improvement of the application by applying one or more new intelligent packaging materials with certain special functions.A new type of intelligent packaging that adds packaging functionality to achieve and accomplish a specific purpose,with inductive,recognizable and versatile features.According to the material’s functional characteristics of the application on the intelligent packaging of materials,the classification system of material intelligent packaging is proposed,mainly including color-changing packaging of materials,luminescent packaging of materials,water-soluble packaging of materials and active packaging.In addition,the concept,principle,classification and application of each type of intelligent packaging type are discussed in detail.Based on the analysis of a large number of theories and practices relating to intelligent packaging of materials,based on the induction and research,a more systematic intelligent packaging design theory of materials has beenformed,from color change,light change,deformation and intention change.The paper summarizes the design method of intelligent packaging of materials,and puts forward three design principles: dynamic design of visual symbols,safety design of packaging body and moderate design of packaging body,and summarizes the problems,development trends and measures of intelligent packaging design of materials.So that to better guide the design and application of new materials in the field of intelligent packaging.
