Tank assembly of composite materials has been mainly manual assembly, the assembly cycle is long and assembly accuracy is hard to ensure. At present, the tank section assembly has become the bottleneck of the rockets assembly, directly affects the normal delivery. The reasons mainly contain:thin-walled structure of axially symmetrical, thin wall, poor rigid, the particularity of carbon fiber composite materials. Therefore, the delamination, tear and the deformation of the component prone appear easily during the assembly process. This paper mainly detailed analyzes the assembly process of XX equipment from the angle of the ergonomics, focus on reducing assembly deformation, ensures the quality of the assembly, meanwhile improves working efficiency, reduces the workers work fatigue, and ensures the workers to complete the work in the comfort, efficiency, safety operation environment.This paper detailed analyzes the process characteristics of the tank section assembly, puts forward the practical solutions combined with the related research methods and research content of the ergonomics aiming at the existing problems during the assembly process. Take the drilling process as the research object, which is the most important assembly process of the tank section assembly, this paper mainly focus on the deformation problems during the drilling process, and puts forward the improvement plans with the purpose of the minimum deformation amount and ensuring the assembly quality, the plans mainly contain drilling force control, the normal use of drilling tools, the drilling speed control, the addition auxiliary support, and the drilling processing order.The reasonable and standard operation norm is set up based on the therbligs analysis, which can simplify and improve the assembly operation method by improving non-standard and invalid action. Meanwhile, the evaluation model of assembly work comfort is set up by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the process of establishing models mainly contains some factors as follows:the evaluation index system, set the evaluation factors, comfort membership function model, the determination of weight ratio of each joint of upper limbs by AHP. Finally, the virtual assembly environment is established based on the virtual simulation platform DELMIA. The comfort fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the upper limbs is completed through the output of joint angle and joint torque in real-time by the assembly process simulation. Meanwhile this paper simulates the22operation process and uploads the simulation animation into multimedia management information system, which can guide filed workers assemble. As a result, it gets satisfactory results in actual application.
