Good car driving comfort has a positive effect on improving the driving status of the driver.A car with poor driving comfort will affect the driver's physical and mental health,and even cause serious physical changes to the driver in the long run.Therefore,improving the driving comfort of cars is gradually becoming a crucial part in car design,which will directly affect the safety and comfort of car driving.So how to improve car driving comfort has become an urgent research topic.This thesis takes a certain commercial vehicle as the research object and takes the driving comfort of the vehicle as the research background.It deeply studies the static comfort and dynamic comfort of the car,and evaluates the driving comfort of the commercial vehicle.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)For the driver's positioning problem at the H point of a commercial vehicle,a two-dimensional rod-shaped human model is used to determine the angle between each joint of the human body,and a reference coordinate system based on the balance equation is established to determine the position coordinate of the H point;on this basis In the above,the driver H point constraint is considered,the position range of H point is reduced,and finally the optimal value of H point is determined.(2)Aiming at the driver's static comfort during driving,it is proposed to construct the driver's human body model in Jack software,and use the reachable domain,obstacle domain,coverage domain and comfort analysis in Jack software.Back analysis,working posture analysis,etc.,to solve the problems caused by the driver in the static process.(3)Aiming at the dynamic comfort problems faced by drivers during actual driving,a FAB real-time wireless motion capture method is proposed to collect vehicle driving data in real time.Contrast and analyze the collected driving angle of the driver,and analyze the driving force of the collected driver by Jack software to analyze the dynamic comfort of the car.(4)Aiming at the problem of driver's driving comfort,an evaluation model of automobile driving comfort based on gray matter-element analysis is established.The model is based on the reachable range of the vehicle,the visual domain,the driving force of the driver and the operation of the driver.The angle is evaluated as an index and solves the problem of normalization ofqualitative and quantitative indicators of driving comfort factors.Finally,the evaluation of the driving comfort of a commercial vehicle was achieved through the evaluation model of the driving comfort of the car.This article studies the driving comfort of a car,uses the existing three-dimensional model of a commercial vehicle as a simulation environment,uses Jack simulation software,and obtains the evaluation of the static comfort of the car based on the principles of human factors engineering.As a test object,a commercial vehicle is driven to obtain a series of motion data of the driver driving the car,and then a comprehensive evaluation of the driving comfort of the car is provided,which provides certain reference data for the driver to design a commercial vehicle with good comfort.
