Then introduced the definition, classification and functions of hubs, foreign advanced typical transfer hub played a reference role for the planning and layout of our country hubs, laid a theoretical foundation for Transfer Mode between urban rail transit and conventional transit.Secondly, elaborated transfer mode layout principles between urban rail transit and conventional bus, and analyzes the main factors of the transfer mode from four aspects of the passenger flow, transfer time, hub building layout, business strategy. Final analysis the existing problems transfer mode, and then explore the analysis of its transfer mode.Finally, it determines, analyzes, quantifies and normalizes the evaluation indicators, uses AHP to determine the index weight, establishes a set of quantitative and qualitative index system of the transfer comprehensive evaluation.Finally, example analysis and evaluate the Xizhimen station and the Zoo station of the Beijing Metro Line4, in order to obtained to choose what kind of transfer mode is most appropriate in certain conditions.
