Research On Whole Process Green Management Method And Evaluation Of Construction Engineering Based On Grey Theory

With the rapid advance of urbanization process in our country, the real estate industry has a continuous development. As a result, construction industry becomes booming. However, in the process of building products, a series of development problems such as global environmental pollution and ecological destruction are often accompanied. If not be effectively controlled, immeasurable loss will be caused in the development of world economic and social progress. Faced with such dilemmas, changing the construction industry development model and green building construction has become inevitable. The concept of "green management" has been produced and widely used in engineering construction. Therefore, it is necessary to combine concrete construction project to research green management and evaluation methods in the project during whole process. Participants may grasp of every stage of the construction of green evaluation factors more comprehensively. They will correct all kinds of disadvantages in the process of all life cycle for green building accurately and instantly. It brings great significance to the society and enterprise’s sustainable development.In this paper, based on the research of the whole process of construction engineering management, the multi-level grey evaluation method is applied to the research of green management to have a better effect, and it provides theoretical foundation to the evaluation. In combination with5#block of east commercial office space and west office with basement of Ningdong project in Ningbo, the multi-level gray evaluation method is used in the period of decision、implementation and operating to evaluate the green management of construction engineering. It gives green management suggestion of evaluation index and management methods in different stages. The evaluation research on whole process green management of construction engineering based on grey theory is proved to be a great scientific, practical and effective method during the analysis of the engineering example.
