| Based on the study of the process parametric of automobile cover mould manufacturingand NX second development, realize properities and process information acquisition for thepart. The expert system design method is applied into the system design, a parameterizedCAPP system for panel dies of automobile body in practice is designed and realized.The main research content of this paper includes the following four aspects:(1) Study the expression method of the process information of the automobile covermould manufacturing, analyse the acquisition way of the techinics parameter, realize theparametric design of technics content and the automatic generation of the hour norm.(2)Study and realize the obtaining of the technics content automaticlly by designing theparameter in the automobile cover mould system.(3) Study and realize processing system information and data automatically.(4) Study and build a processing information database system for the automobile covermould manufacturing.Base on the NX second development, the system realizes realize the part properities andprocess information obtaining automatically. Making use of the technology specificationparameter driven by the design parameter, improve the technology workout efficiency,prevent from the mistake of artificial input as well as while establishing products technology.Meanwhile, it also shortened the cycle for mould manufacturing, and improved the quality ofthe mould. Have realized the integrality and unity of the data in the whole mouldmanufacturing process. Have offered the favorable assurance for unity optimum managementof the whole information systems of enterprises.The system has characteristic of parameter designing, automatical information and dataintegration. The parameter design and taking process content automatically by designing theparameter are also realized in the system. And it provides an extensile platform for CAPPsystem development. At present, the system is successfully used in the automobile covermould design and manufacturing of the DongFeng company, and has gained thecomparatively satisfied result. |
