Panel dies are the important processing equipments of automotive industry. To make full use of existing designing and manufacturing resources, to produce high quality dies satisfying the clients' demand, is an important problem for the domestic panel dies industry. Establishing networked manufacturing alliance with specialization and cooperation, is an efficient method for integrating the industry resources and bringing core competency of the enterprises into play. Considering the problems existing in the networked manufacturing alliance (NMA) of domestic panel dies industry, product information model, organization structure model, manufacturing resource model, business process model and plan schedule in the alliance have been studied in this dissertation.Efficient organization and share of the information of panel dies should be implemented in NMA. Combing the structure layer with the development layer, and the information of panel dies has been described with features as the basis and product strucutre (BOM) as the core, the information model of panel dies in NMA has been established. The constraint network between panel and its dies and among different parts composisting a die have been studied. The broadcast of the constraint network has been implemented through message mechanism, to support the dynamic share efficiently between different member enterprises in the NMA.The flexible organization structure has been established through the combination of department group (Group), enterprise team (ETeam) and alliance team (ATeam). The role permission assignment in the structure has been studied, and the conflict role table has been established through which the problem of seperation of duties has been solved. The technical post is introduced as the grouping criterion for member enterprises in the NMA, by which the complexity of role assignment is reduced greatly, and on the basis,...
