Car has entered the ordinary people’s home, China’s automobile output isexpected to reach18million units, ranking first in the world, has become bigcountry of automotive manufacture and consumption in2011. With the carmodification and updating, the new car models have been introduced constantly.Each car needs automobilepanel dies more than500sets, about80%die of newcar models needs to be replaced. Modified car models about more than30%ofthe die need to be replaced. Large automobile panel dies is the key equipment inautomobile production, in order to guarantee the integrity of die-face andcovering parts forming quality, facing the problem such as tool life in machiningprocess requires high (generally require more than4h~12h), CNC programmingproblems, which seriously affecting the economic and social benefits and wastingthe time. The main objective of this article is to establish automobile panel dieshardened steel high-speed cutting database system To provide an effectivereference for processing of automobile die, which is convenient for technicalpersonnel use and improve processing efficiency and then enhance thedevelopment of industrial competitiveness of auto panel dies.This article mainly research and analysis through the following severalaspects:In this article, to understand the actual situation of industry of automobilepanel dies, as well as the characteristics of high speed cutting of hardened steel.At the same time, based on the research background, the actual demand ofautomobile cover mould hardened steel high-speed cutting database system hasbeen found.In accordance with the norms established database system, firstly, this papercarries on the analysis from the data and function demand, adopt MVC framestructure, through the database software SQL Server2005and Visual Studio2010 development platform, the database application program based on WEB has beencompleted.In order to meet the actual needs of Hardened Mould Steel processing, ahigh-speed cutting database system of automobile panel dies contains theinstance database, database, rule base optimization parameters, which provide thedata in a database from a process handbook and the available experimental data,the data is true and reliable, can provide better support for the optimization ofcutting parameters.On the basis of cutting database, this article introduced hybrid reasoningmode coexists with case-based reasoning and rule-based reasoning. Through thereasoning mechanism, the user can request to provide decision scheme for thenew processing database which has not been recorded, according to themathematical model parameters optimization of cutting parameters, the systemcan realize the single target and multi-target optimization system, so as toprovide optimal cutting parameters for the user.Taking into account the practical application, rule reasoning depends on theexpert knowledge for new things processing rules description is not entirelyaccurate, and for different workpiece materials or different tool materials contactmining is not deep enough, so the association rules of data mining technologyhas been applied to the automobile panel dies hardened steel high-speed cuttingdatabase system.Finally, this article developed a hardened mould steel high-speed cuttingdatabase system of automobile covering model by ASP.NET technology, andshowed the relevant function modules, and gave the realization process andresults.
