Safety Management Of CRH Drivers Based On Mental Health Research

As a special occupational group, the railway drivers have suffered an adverse impact in both physical and mental health because of the unhealthy occupational environment and work style as well as the special content of work. As the raising of train speed, higher physical and mental health is required of CRH drivers compare with the general drivers. Numerous studies have found that the vast majority of the causes of accidents are related to human unsafe behavior, and human behavior is related by the psychological factors. For the dissertation, writer take a research on the mental health and driving safety of CRH drivers, the research process and achievements obtained are as follows:(1) Research has determined the mental health factors of CRH drivers through theory study on mental health and field interview, and then developed CRH drivers’ mental health evaluation methods. On this basis, a general overview of mental health level was obtained by test and analysis.(2) A measurement method to evaluate the driving safety for CRH drivers was selected. And then conduct a survey to get an overview of the safety level of car drivers.(3) The mental health of CRH drivers and driving safety was comparatively studied. The critical mental health factors which affect driving safety were extracted, and then depth studied the impact on the safety and mechanism of action.(4) Summing up the above research, combined with domestic and foreign literature, research proposed control methods of safety risks caused by mental health, and established reasonable procedures for CRH mental intervention to ensure driving safety.Through the theoretical and practical research, the critical mental health factor which affect driving safety of CRH drivers was obtained. The research proposed the health intervention methods from the perspective of both individual and work, concluded the safety management of CRH drivers based on psychological health research.
